by Giorgio Diritti
Lubo Moser roams the streets with his wife and three children as a freedom-loving street artist – until the Swiss army seeks him out at the beginning of the Second World War. The Yenish is called up to defend the country's borders from the threatening invasion by the Germans. Shortly after starting his military service, he receives shocking news. The children were stolen from his wife by the aid organisation "Kinder der Landstrasse". From then on, he has only one goal in mind: To get his children back. Based on Mario Cavatore's novel "Il seminatore", Giorgio Diritti's drama deals with a dark chapter of Swiss history. Lead actor Franz Rogowski is on top form in this Italian-Swiss co-production.
