Nick and Meg, both in their mid-fifties, set out to rekindle their marriage. Their weekend in Paris, however, begins pretty disastrously, as Nick has booked the same hotel they stayed in during their honeymoon 30 years ago. The house has long since lost the charms it had when the two love birds stayed there the first time. Without further ado, Meg decides to check into one of the most expensive places in town. Nick and Meg try to inject their lives with some of the spice from days gone by over a French gourmet meal. Instead, the couple becomes increasingly lost in tiresome discussions. When they bump into Morgan, an old friend of Nick's now leading a successful life in Paris's high society, the weekend veers completely out of control.
