A small town is shaken to its very core one night when the daughter of a local miner is found wandering the streets, naked and distraught. It soon becomes evident that something must have happened down in the mine. Its owner, employing almost every soul in town, uses the incident as an excuse to close the mine for the time being. When tempers are starting to rise, the sheriff – himself the father of three children – is under increasing pressure to crack the case. A mysterious atmosphere reminiscent of David Lynch or Jonathan Glazer is created by the beautiful tracking shots, an eye for minute detail and an exceptional sound design. ZFF is screening all three episodes.
