by Edoardo De Angelis
Blessed with angelic voices, the two sisters Viola and Daisy not only share their passion for singing: as Siamese twins, they also share their entire lives. While Daisy is longing for a boyfriend and dreams of her independence, Viola can hardly imagine a life without her sister. Meanwhile, their father continues to financially exploit their unique physique by marketing them as a vocal duo. When a doctor informs the girls that he would be able to surgically separate them, they must face a serious decision. Director Edoardo de Angelis' third film is a fabulous, surreal fable tackling such topics as (physical) identity, the ordinary as well as solidarity in a materialistic world.
