A year in the life of a 4000-year-old monolith: The world around it has often been shaken, but the imposing natural stone stands resolute on the same spot in a field in picturesque Cornwall. Filmmaker Christopher Morris' beautiful nature shots transport us to a world of mindful calm and serenity. The unagitated scenes are underpinned by meditative sound design. In addition, the audience is constantly informed by an off-screen voice about the consequences of climate change currently being felt around the world. With his moving narration, the director places these spectacular shots in the context of climate change around the world.
