Twelve years after seeing each other for the last time, Jamie, now living with his longtime female partner, invites Kevin, to visit him in Hong Kong. Kevin once was Jamie’s secret sweetheart who has since emigrated to Australia, however, he has not been happy "down under", and decides to take this opportunity to start a new life in his hometown. As soon as he is back in Hong Kong, long-forgotten feelings between the two re-emerge and Jamie is faced with a difficult decision. Simon Chung, one of Hong Kong’s few openly gay directors, tells a story of love, loneliness and the taboo context of homosexuality in the Asian metropolis.
