Springtime on the Turkish Riviera. 17-year-old Ismail and the slightly older Hakan leave their home villages to find work at a gigantic all-inclusive resort. The newcomers are soon presented with an absurd yet fascinating world of pool parties and all-you-can-eat buffets. While encounters with tourists usually end with the language barrier or other obstacles, Ismail and Hakan become friends with each other. However, the luxury hotel as a capitalist microcosm puts the dreams of the two newcomers to the test. The documentary ALL-IN accompanies its two sympathetic protagonists over the course of an entire season – after this summer, they will be different people.
