A Little Prayer

Vietnam veteran Bill lives with his wife, Venida, in a suburb in the U.S. South and runs the family business together with his son David. The bond between them is strong, David lives with his wife Tammy on his parents' property. The relationship between Tammy and her father-in-law is particularly close and unique – two soulmates who understand each other. When Bill finds out that David is having an affair and his second child, Patti, once again flees her drug-dealing husband, the idyllic family life is thrown out of whack. A humanistic family drama that captivates with its realism and outstanding character actors.
