Experience an unforgettable musical evening with the Hollywood composer Mychael Danna. The Oscar-winner presides over the jury of the 9th International Film Music Competition (IFMC), which honors one of three emerging composers win the Golden Eye for “Best International Film Music 2021”. The finalists have each created an original score for David Vergés’ award-winning short film ETIQUETA NEGRA. These will celebrate their world premiere with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich under the baton of Frank Strobel at the new Tonhalle Zurich. Finalists: Julien Bellanger (France) / John Heins (USA) / Andrey Mordovsky (Russia) Mychael Danna himself will receive the ZFF’s Career Achievement Award at the Tonhalle Zurich.
