GermanThe brilliant, thus far unsuccessful Doctor Proctor has invented a fart powder, which enables people to fly. His friends from the neighborhood, Lise and the cheeky little Bulle, try to protect him from greedy Mr. Thrane: He wants to steal the fart powder formula and patent it under his own name. Unfortunately, Mr. Thrane sniffs out the naive Dr. Proctor during the night, and comes into possession of the formula. But what is much worse: He gets Dr. Proctor and Bulle thrown in jail.
