Kids Jury
Every year, the ZFF Kids Jury decides which film from the children’s program will be awarded the Little Golden Eye.
Is your child a real movie fan who would love to watch two or three films in a row? Then they can apply to become a member of our Kids Jury. As a member, they’ll help decide which film wins the Little Golden Eye at the 22nd Zurich Film Festival. Participation is open to 10- to 13-year-olds.
Official jury members will take on a task that comes with great responsibility: Over the weekend of September 26–27, 2026, your child will watch four films from the competition for the Little Golden Eye. Under professional guidance, the jury will discuss and evaluate each film and ultimately decide which film wins the Little Golden Eye.

Why should your child join the ZFF Kids Jury, and what excites them about the films? Whether you'd like to send in a video, song, essay, poem, dance, or photo, there are no limits to your imagination.
Since all of our films will be shown in German, our ZFF Kids Jury will only accept German-language applications. Please refer to the German page for more details.
ZFF Kids Jury
Each year, a jury of film-loving children selects their favorite from the ZFF for Kids section. The chosen film is honored with the Little Golden Eye at the Award Night.
