As dawn breaks in the sleepy English town of Southcliffe, a series of sudden gunshots breaks the silence. The cruel massacre has claimed fifteen lives. The perpetrator is clearly identified as former soldier Stephen Morton. In a bid to examine the mass murderer’s motives, journalist David Whitehead turns to the town’s inhabitants for answers.
