Paradox / Sha po lang: taam long

Hong Kong policeman Lee Chung-chi would like his 16-year-old daughter never to grow up – or at least to grow up at a slower pace. Having a mind of her own, the young woman travels to Pattaya on vacation. When Lee receives the shocking call that his daughter is missing, he immediately sets off to where she was last seen. On arriving in Thailand, he joins the local police unit working on the case. Together with the Chinese detective Chui Kit and his Thai colleague Tak, Lee dives into the dark underworld of organised crime, where he follows the trail to illegal organ trafficking. PARADOX is a multi-award-winning action spectacle inspired by the choreography legend Sammo Hung's stunts. It won this year’s Asian Film Award for Best Action Film.
