Anna hasn’t seen her family for years. When the fashion designer’s beloved grandmother dies, she returns home from Berlin to a remote Norwegian province, where she is met by a cool wind – both literally and figuratively. Her grumpy grandfather hardly speaks a word, and she has nothing more in common with her ex-boyfriend Håvard. When Anna continues to chip away at the men’s tough outer shell with her funny ways, several family secrets that were kept concealed by her grandmother gradually come to light. Forced to reflect upon her situation, Anna must now face the real reasons for leaving all those years ago, and begins questioning her future.
