ZFF Genuss Film 2026: Tickets Now Available
With ZFF Genuss Film, a new format is making its debut at the Zurich Film Festival – a joint project of the Zurich Film Festival and the Genuss Film Festival Zug (GFF). Renowned Michelin-starred chefs from select destinations in the Alpine region will take center stage as the stars of the evening. This year, the premium Alpine destination Andermatt Swiss Alps takes center stage as the presenting partner, bringing three of its best chefs to Zurich. Tickets for the three evenings are now available.
The events surrounding ZFF Genuss Film will take place from September 30 to October 2, 2026, at the ZFF, combining cinema and cuisine into a curated all-encompassing experience: At Arena Cinemas Sihlcity, following a welcome drink featuring Swiss caviar, the ZFF will screen films curated around the theme of indulgence. Which films these will be remains a surprise for now. Afterward, the action moves to the Papiersaal, where top chefs will conjure up a 4-course Michelin-starred dinner with amuse-bouches and exclusive wine pairings – combined with talks and personal encounters that add a new dimension to the festival experience.

André Kaiser (pictured left), Culinary Director at The Chedi Andermatt and head chef at The Restaurant (14 GaultMillau points), and Niklas Oberhofer, who in 2022 was named Switzerland’s youngest Michelin-starred chef (1 star, 17 GaultMillau points) and now successfully runs his catering and event company noEVENT as well as the pop-up Atelier 6, are teaming up to create an evening of culinary delights.

As executive chef at IGNIV Andermatt, he blends the culinary world of Graubünden’s three-star chef Andreas Caminada with his own distinctive style. Together with his team, he creates imaginative dishes that are rooted in the region yet cosmopolitan. For his creative work, Valentin Sträuli was named «Discovery of the Year» by GaultMillau in 2025.
