Mercedes-Benz is not only transporting the stars of the Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) to their destinations in a fully electric way in 2026, but is also giving festival visitors their own spectacular moment in front of the camera.
For its shuttle service, ZFF will once again rely on a fully electric Mercedes-Benz fleet in 2026. Around 30 vehicles will transport international guests, filmmakers and festival stars almost silently and with zero local emissions to the Green Carpet and safely back to their hotels after the screenings.
«We are delighted to support ZFF as a Main Partner for the eighth time and thereby contribute to making the festival more sustainable,» says Dirk Adelmann, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Switzerland. «Thanks to our fully electric fleet, several tonnes of CO₂ can be saved during the festival.»

Visitors who have always wanted to step into the spotlight can also enjoy a truly special experience: the popular Mercedes-Benz Glambot returns this year. The high-speed camera, famous from international award ceremonies such as the Oscars and the Golden Globes, captures guests in spectacular style, giving them their very own star moment.
Documentary Film Talent Award
Mercedes-Benz also presents the Zurich Film Festival’s Documentary Film Competition. As part of the competition, 14 debut, second, or third feature-length works by emerging documentary filmmakers are screened. The winning film is awarded the Golden Eye together with a cash prize of CHF 25,000.
