Years after her family was murdered, Jewess Shosanna changed her name and fled to Paris where she now runs a cinema. In the meantime, Lt. Aldo Raine has recruited Jewish-American soldiers, his Inglorious Basterds, in order to eliminate the Third Reich’s ruling elite. He is planning an attack during a film premiere at Shosanna’s cinema. But the cinema operator has already forged her own plans for revenge. Quentin Tarantino’s accomplished alternative history will be screened by ZFF on the occasion of Christoph Waltz’s visit, who received an Oscar for his role as SS Officer Hans Landa.
