Un divan à Tunis / Arab Blues

Manele Labidi|Komödie

After the Tunisian revolution, psychotherapist Selma returns to Tunis from France to open her own practice. But both her neurotic family and the authorities make life difficult for her. Without further ado, Selma decides to receive patients at her apartment, because even if no one wants to admit it, the people's need to talk is obviously great. With witty lightness, director Manele Labidi addresses the deep traumas that Ben Ali's dictatorship has left on the people of Tunisia and captures the different voices of a country in upheaval with wonderfully funny dialogues.
