Triage: Dr. James Orbinski's Humanitarian Dilemma

James Orbinski, ex-president of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), returns to Africa 15 years after he was active in Somalia and Rwanda and witnessed some of the worst atrocities in history. He says that he feels an “almost boundless anger” when he thinks back to the people who let these injustices happen.
