It doesn’t matter who you are or what you believe in, nobody is above the laws of nature. The environmentalist Adam is sent to Ireland to carry out some research. He sets up home with kid and kit in a remote house, and is promptly warned by a local that the place is cursed. With his young son on his back, the unperturbed tree doctor toils away in the forest. After discovering a mysterious mushroom growing on a decomposed wild animal, he takes it back home to examine it closer. But beware! Irish legends are not just idle rumours, and Adam’s family gets a small taste in broad daylight of what just might lie ahead. THE HALLOW develops from a scary mushroom soup into a mouth-watering banquet of horror!
