Focal point Brooklyn: A huge amount of money changes hands on the night streets of this New York district. The ‘Drop Bar’, with barkeeper Bob Saginowski and his inscrutable cousin Marv, is both a hub for gangsters and the center of a money-laundering scheme. These two former crooks are confronted with criminal activity on a daily basis. When Marv takes in a wounded pit-bull puppy and two masked men raid the bar, the duo suddenly ends up owing money they don’t have to half of the district. With their lives suddenly turned upside down, a race against time begins for Bob and Marv. In order to get out of their tight spot, the pair has to return to a long-gone chapter of their life.
