Iranian judoka Leila is traveling to the World Judo Championships with her coach Maryam. Her goal: To bring home the first gold medal for Iran. During the competition, however, the Tehran regime gives the young woman an ultimatum. She must decide whether to surrender to the regime and throw her dreams to the wind, or to resist and fight on. A decision in which the freedom of her entire family is at stake. This high-tension political thriller is directed by Guy Nattiv and Zar Amir-Ebrahimi, making TATAMI the first ever feature film to be co-directed by an Iranian and an Israeli.
