We always keep the first image of someone’s special passage through our life, just like a scar in our memory. “Tartarughe sul dorso” tells a love story between two young people, both having “scars” in their memory, both in search of love but unable to recognize it when they finally meet each other. They meet every week to play Scrabble. From the words composed on the table start the various chapters of their story told by the film. It’s a relation made of misunderstandings and missed meetings, where the destiny plays the main role.
