Brothers Ben and Barnabas have shared one heart and one soul since birth. Barnabas, also known as ‘Simpel’, is a 22-years-old with the mentality of a 3-year-old. Despite being a complete pain in the neck sometimes and in need of constant care, Ben loves his little brother more than anything in the world. When their mother dies unexpectedly, Simpel is faced with having to go into care.
