Tunisian Lotfi is a successful business manager in Marseille and is expecting a child with his French girlfriend Sophie. She has no idea, however, that Lotfi left his wife Sarrah and his autistic son Youssef behind in his homeland years ago. When Sarrah falls into a coma after a stroke, the 40-year-old returns to Tunisia to deal with his past. But how will Youssef react after all this time?
