Peafowl

In order to get money for her gender reassignment surgery, Myung takes part in a waacking dance competition. After she loses the competition and her father dies, she returns to her home village where she has to battle with the values of her traditional family. As she is desperately in need of her father's inheritance, she enters into a deal, contrary to her convictions, which forces her to spend time in her home village. While there, she turns the conservative village idyll on its head and brings to light truths that have been concealed for years.
