Noura rêve

While her erratic husband Jamal is once again behind bars, Noura dreams of a future with her lover Lassad, who is known affectionately by her children as "Uncle". The divorce has already been filed, when Jamal is unexpectedly released from jail. Because extramarital affairs are forbidden by law in Tunisia and Jamal's jealousy knows no limits, Noura now faces a huge problem. In this beautiful drama, director Hinde Boujemaa uses the talent of actress Hind Sabri to portray a sympathetic yet stubborn working-class woman who fights for self-determination.
