My Beautiful Laundrette

Along with his school friend Johnny, the young Pakistani Omar takes on a run-down launderette in the south of London, which was left to him by his uncle. His actions are not entirely without ulterior motive and cause outrage amongst Johnny’s former crowd, the right-wing National Front. Business partners become lovers.
