Armel Hostiou is surprised to discover a fake profile on Facebook using his name and his pictures. The filmmaker wants to get to the bottom of this hoax. The account has a lot of followers from the Congolese capital Kinshasa, who are invited to a casting for Armel's next film via the profile. It seems impossible to block the fake profile, so Armel unceremoniously sets off for the announced casting in the Congo, where he hopes to get on the trail of his identity thief. Armel Hostiou
French filmmaker Armel Hostiou studied film at La Fémis in Paris. After graduating, he turned his attention to directing and shot several short films, created various video installations and produced music videos. In 2008, he became the co-founder of the production company Bocalupo Films, under which he produced his first feature film RIVES.
