Kensuke's Kingdom

During a storm, little Michael and his dog Stella fall out of a boat into the Indian Ocean. The two are stranded on a supposedly deserted island. There, however, they soon meet a Japanese master with an eventful past who lives in harmony with nature and passes on his wisdom to Michael. The wonderful animated film KENSUKE'S KINGDOM by Neil Boyle and Kirk Hendry is a book adaptation that pays great attention to detail.
