Hell or High Water

Tanner and Toby, two dissimilar brothers, have already made a few mistakes in their lives. Having recently been released from jail, impulsive bad boy Tanner discovers that his introverted brother is himself in trouble. As their now deceased mother never paid off her debts, their inherited farm is at risk of becoming the property of the Texas Midland Bank – which Tanner and Toby are determined not to let happen. In order to keep what belongs to them, the two rob every branch of that very bank. Wanted far and wide, the duo is pursued by the seasoned yet still very shrewd police officer Hamilton, an experienced hunter who patiently awaits the siblings’ first mistake. HELL OR HIGH WATER is a stylishly staged, perfectly cast independent film executed in the form of a modern western.
