What has suddenly happened to space shuttle “Europa One”? When a probe shows the possible existence of cellular life on Jupiter’s frozen moon “Europa”, a crew of nine set off on a promising but highly dangerous journey into space. Shortly before reaching its target, all contact with the spaceship is lost. Following months of uncertainty, those back on earth assume the mission has failed – until they begin receiving signals again: It is video recorded material showing the last days of the crew. Despite a technical glitch, the astronauts decided to advance as far as possible into the unknown - a decision that led the team to face the unthinkable.
