New York, 1973: When the door to one of the infamous parties of the globally-famous painter Salvador Dalí is opened to the young gallery owner James, he enters an exquisite world. James is to assist Dalí in preparing a major exhibition – a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. But the more time he spends with the extravagant artist, the deeper he becomes immersed, and not only in his business difficulties. Soon James realises that Dalí's seemingly unshakeable relationship with his no less eccentric wife, Gala, is also on the verge of collapse.
