Shaun the Sheep meets an alien girl who has supernatural powers and is pursued by a wicked organisation. Together they become big pranksters and Shaun wants to help his friend get back home. Shaun is the protagonist of a popular children’s television series by British animation studio Aardman Animations, which also produced hit movies such as CHICKEN RUN and WALLACE & GROMIT. The plasticine figures have been lovingly modelled and animated using the stop-motion technique. A charming adventure film that is as captivating to children as it is to adults, who will recognise the allusions to such classics as E.T. and STAR WARS. Recommended for age 8 or older
