Accreditation

 

Applications for accreditation to the 14th Zurich Film Festival will be accepted online from July 23, 2018 until September 19, 2018. You have the choice between three different industry accreditation options. In addition to the regular industry accreditation we offer two further packages including access to the Zurich Summit:

Industry Accreditation


This Industry Accreditation option allows you to:

  • access all regular screenings (with additional ticket)* and industry screenings
  • access the ZFF MASTERS events (with additional ticket)*
  • access the online „WHO IS WHO“ of attending industry professionals (from 21.09.2018 via MyZFF Account)
  • access the ZFF Video Library via Cinando
  • access further industry services and events (ZFF TALKS, free WiFi inside Festival Centre, daily Happy Hour from 17:00-18:00 at Festival Centre bar)

* The additionally required tickets can be obtained from the Industry Desk inside the Festival Centre. There is a contingency of tickets for each of these screenings distributed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Industry Accreditation fee:

  • regular film industry representatives: CHF 125.- (online accreditation)
  • association members: CHF 85.- (online accreditation)

Members of the following Swiss associations can profit from the reduced-price industry accreditation fee: Swiss associations (PDF)

NOTE: The accreditation form must be completed in any case, regardless of whether you are entitled to a free / reduced accreditation.

The Zurich Summit is the festival’s largest industry event. It takes place at the Hotel Dolder Grand over the weekend September 29 - 30, 2018.

The Standard Industry Package includes:

  • a 1-day pass for the Zurich Summit (Conference Day) granting entry to all keynotes and panel discussions on Saturday, September 29, 2018
  • access to all regular screenings (with additional ticket)* and industry screenings
  • access to the ZFF MASTERS events (with additional ticket)*
  • access to the online „WHO IS WHO“ of attending industry professionals (from 21.09.2018 via MyZFF Account)
  • access to the ZFF Video Library via Cinando

Accreditation process:

Applications for accreditation can be made online until September 19, 2018. Before filling out the application form you will be forwarded to the My ZFF login. If you don't have an account already, you can create a new account for free. Please observe the current guidelines for industry accreditation.

The Zurich Film Festival carefully checks every successfully submitted application and reserves the right to reject accreditation. Applicants will be informed of the ZFF’s decision via e-mail. Successful applicants can pay online or at the Industry Desk when picking up their accreditation passes.

Accreditation passes can be picked up at the Industry Desk inside the Festival Centre from September 17, 2018. Please remember to bring a valid form of identification and, if applicable, proof of your association membership.

Please be aware that applying for accreditation after September 19 is only possible at the Industry Desk inside the Festival Centre and comes with an additional 20.- CHF handling fee.

Guidelines for industry accreditation:

Only industry representatives are eligible to apply for accreditation. Proof of current professional activity as a film worker, representative of the film industry, a cultural institution or other film festivals is required for accreditation.
 Every accreditation request is reviewed individually and you may be asked to provide convincing proof of your professional activity (e.g. an up-to-date CV or a detailed filmography).

Please note that the Zurich Film Festival reserves the right to reject applications.
