The ZFF’s Friday Highlights

Only three days left of the ZFF – all the more reason for a jam-packed programme! Discover great films in all four competition categories starting at 13:00. Click here for an overview.

Don’t miss German star director Tom Tykwer’s Public Zurich Master Class – a real highlight of the day (Filmpodium, 18:30, tickets available on-site). Produced by Tom, the Kenyan feature NAIROBI HALF LIFE will be screened immediately afterwards. 

Look out for the adorable Heather Graham when she arrives for the premiere screening of AT ANY PRICE (18:15, corso 1). Michael Haneke’s AMOUR (in the presence of Emmanuelle Riva), the Australian comedy THE SAPPHIRES (with director Wayne Blair) and SMASHED (with director James Ponsoldt), round off the Gala Premiere schedule.

The US documentary HOW TO SURVIVE A PLAGUE celebrates its premiere in the Border Lines section. Don’t miss the opportunity to discuss the subject of AIDS with MSF experts immediately after the screening (20:15, corso 4).
