Sunday's Highlights

The festival ends today with another brim-full film programme. Before the ZFF screen curtain draws shut for the final time this year with the Closing Film DANS LA MAISON by Francois Ozon (corso 1, 21:00), there are still a number of highlights to be seen in each of the competition categories, including the Swiss entries AVANTI (18:30, Le Paris), LEUCHTTURM, LEICHEN & PASTETEN (19:45, Arena 8) and PAUL BOWLES: THE CAGE DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN (20:45, corso 4). The makers of the German comedy OMAMAMIA (20:30, Le Paris) and the Spanish-American drama THE IMPOSSIBLE (18:15, corso 1) are in Zurich to celebrate the premiere of their films.  

The Swedish film programme is once again full of rich cinematic pickings, including the captivating documentary WOMEN WITH COWS, the fascinating drama PLAY, and the multifaceted short film block.
