Penultimate Day of Festival Fun – Take in a Film!

The awards go to their respective owners this evening, and the Award Night’s Green Carpet is rolled out before the Zurich Opera House – don’t miss it! 
We welcome Jury President Frank Darabont today at 15:00 in the Filmpodium for his Public Zurich Master Class. Catch his masterpiece THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION immediately afterwards (17:00). Tickets for the master class are available here.
Four exceptionally interesting works can be seen in the Special Screenings programme: Yessica Yu presents her latest work LAST CALL AT THE OASIS and Mohamed Al Daradji is on hand to present his newest film IN MY MOTHER’S ARMS. Friends of Swedish cinema are spoilt for choice with the competition entry EAT SLEEP DIE and the films SNABBA CASH (I & II), AVALON plus the short film block, all on offer in the New World View section.

Look out for the adorable Heather Graham at 15:30 when she arrives on the Green Carpet in front of the cinema corso for the premiere screening of AT ANY PRICE. THE SAPPHIRES, CELESTE AND JESSE FOREVER, SMASHED and SAVAGES round off the Gala Premiere schedule. Have fun!
